Orders are planned to dispatch from mainland China to residential and business street addresses in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA. Remote and regional areas may take 10–20 business days after dispatch. PO boxes, parcel lockers, offshore external territories and military addresses are not included in our initial service. We will confirm address availability before accepting payment.

A little more tea, delivery on us.

Standard delivery is US$8 per order. Delivery is complimentary when the combined net tea weight in your bag reaches 50g. The threshold is based on tea weight, excluding packaging. Prices and delivery charges are currently in USD; any AUD amount shown is an estimate unless checkout explicitly states AUD as the charge currency.

Tracking & delays

A carrier and tracking number will be recorded once your parcel is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Transit estimates are not guarantees: customs, biosecurity inspection, weather and peak periods can add time. If tracking stalls or the estimate passes, contact us through Customer Care so we can investigate with the carrier. A parcel is not treated as delivered solely because it has left our warehouse.

Taxes, clearly considered.

Australian guidance generally treats tea for brewing, including loose tea and certain herbal teas, as GST-free; ready-to-drink or medicinal products can be treated differently. We will confirm our finished products and import arrangements before sales open. Any tax or import charges collected by us will be disclosed in the final order total before you pay. If a carrier requests an unexpected charge, contact us before paying it. We do not promise that every shipment is exempt from all border charges.
